I want to invite you along on the journey of a lifetime for 6 Days / 5 Nights on my
"6 Impossible Things Before Breakfast" themed retreat in Costa Rica 2023!
Here's how to transform your mind, body, & soul in 6 DAYS.
Let's MEET face to face in Costa Rica!
For as long as I can remember I dreamed of a life of travel & excitement. As most of you know my story. I was a teen mom and also a mom of 5 boys so my dreams were put on hold for a long time. It wasn’t until I got intentional about traveling and setting specific goals to do so that I turned the key on it. I remember one of my first trips abroad was life changing. There is something about changing your time and space that internally changes you for good!!
I was drawn to Costa Rica for the waterfalls, adventure, beauty, hikes, jungle, beach, & of course sloths & monkeys!! I traveled there in the 2020 pre- pandemic and not only was the culture as a whole laid back but true peace came over me. I took away a confidence & sense of self like no other.
I know that our desire is to feel confident, happy, and good in our skin as quickly as possible. Traveling with other women that hold authentic space for each other is like traveling at the speed of light and fast forwards your transformation. Be ready to come back as a changed woman!
Let Me Tell You More…
The name says it all, you will come to this ladies only retreat to learn how to do more things that you think are deemed impossible. What better way than to get out of your comfort zone with hikes, zip lining, horseback riding, waterfall meditations, fueling your body with fresh foods, and doing a deep inner dive to build up our confidence.
The only way to expand yourself and do more is to take action. I promise you this retreat will be life changing!!

La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park is the Most Popular Nature Tour in the San Jose Area featuring Five Famous Waterfalls and The Largest Animal Sanctuary in Costa Rica. It is by far the best place to see wildlife in Costa Rica. The Peace Lodge has been voted The Top Hotel in its region by TripAdvisor repeatedly over the years and is the perfect destination to stay for your first or last night in the country given its close proximity to San Jose Airport and, at the same time, its unique mountain rainforest environment. The property is nestled between Poas Volcano National Park and Braulio Carrillo National Park on the eco-route between San Jose and Arenal.
Imagine waking up every day in paradise then connecting with yourself like never before.

**The name, Rincón de la Vieja, translates to English as ‘the old woman’s corner.’ According to locals, the indigenous people of the Guatuso tribe named the volcano thus for one of two reasons. Either there was an old witch on top of the mountain who sent columns of smoke into the air when she was angry, or there was a kindly old woman occupying the same nook, and the smoke was from her cooking fire as she prepared meals for weary travelers. Maybe it’s both because the Rincón de la Vieja crater has had at least eight periods of intense volcanic activity, and still bubbles and steams.
**What to Bring: camera, swimsuit, long pants, change of clothes and closed-toe shoes that can get wet or river sandals.
Other wellness services available for purchase. Afternoon for possible massage, pool, relaxing, and perhaps evening yoga on own.
